She Said Yes Bridal is not only family-owned but also locally owned right here in Northwest Arkansas. We are known for providing an amazing experience to our clients and being a fun and upbeat work environment. Our goal is to brighten the day of every client that walks through our door. Building and maintaining genuine relationships with each client is extremely important to us. Position:  Full-Time Bridal Stylist

As a full-time bridal stylist at She Said Yes Bridal, you would work one-on-one with clients to develop genuine relationships while creating a memorable, top-notch experience.

Requirements:
-Provide consistent and exceptional client experience
-Maintain consistent communication with clients
-Stay current on trends in fashion and the bridal industry
-Be a reliable and consistent team member
-Provide input on new ideas and overall client experience
-Take the lead on store merchandising, store supplies, and client pre-appointments
-Represent the brand professionally at all times

To be a successful stylist at She Said Yes Bridal you would need to love people, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be a strong communicator.

Expectations:
-Demonstrate excellent communication skills
-Self-motivated
-Strong time management skills
-Extreme attention to detail
-Ability to adapt to all personalities and remain professional at all times
-The passion to develop strong product knowledge in the wedding industry
-The physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, kneel, and stand for extended periods
-The ability to multi-task
-Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment
-High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
-Ideally a minimum 2 years of sales experience

Details:
The position is 40 hours a week which includes one day off during the week plus we are closed on Sundays (it will be a set schedule). Most Saturdays are required. We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable, self-motivated, and loves working with people.

Hours for full-time include working 4 days during the week 9:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm (we are closed Sundays).

*Additional benefits include:
-10 paid days off per year
-Health care assistance plan - it is NOT health insurance, however, SSY will cover a % of your health insurance.
-We are closed on major holidays
-Summer hours (May, June, and July) we will be closed on Mondays allowing our team to have Sundays and Mondays off

Position: Saturdays Only - Customer Service Specialist

 

As a Customer Service Specialist at She Said Yes Bridal, you would take the lead on creating a memorable, top-notch experience when our clients arrive for their appointments.

 

The ideal candidate for our Saturday-only position is enrolled in high school or college.

 

Requirements:

-Provide consistent and exceptional client experience

-Be a reliable and consistent team member

-Represent the brand professionally at all times

-Self-motivated

-Strong time management skills

-Extreme attention to detail

-Ability to adapt to all personalities and remain professional at all times

-The physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, kneel, and stand for extended periods

-The ideal candidate for our Saturday-only position is enrolled in high school or college

 

Details:

The position is every Saturday with most Saturdays being required. We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable, self-motivated, and loves working with people. Customer service is extremely important to us. The Customer Service Specialist position would include answering the phones, greeting clients, and overall being an amazing host.  This is a customer service position, not a sales position.
