Full-Time Bridal Stylist

She Said Yes Bridal – Rogers, Arkansas

Our mission is to brighten every client’s day and help her find the dress of her dreams—while building meaningful, lasting relationships along the way.

At She Said Yes Bridal, we provide a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring environment where brides can fully explore one of the largest bridal gown inventories in the region. We focus on exceptional service, a carefully curated selection of gowns, and investing in a team that’s passionate about excellence and empowering others.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A people-person who thrives on creating memorable, one-on-one client experiences.

  • A detail-oriented, reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

  • A confident communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, boutique setting.

  • Someone who’s passionate about bridal fashion and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding bridal appointment experience by guiding clients through the gown selection process.

  • Support daily operations including steaming gowns, cleaning, store organization, etc.

  • Prepare for appointments by managing client communication and pre-visit prep.

  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store supplies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, dependable, and organized.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion and willingness to stay informed on bridal trends.

  • Physically able to lift/move up to 25 lbs, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience (bridal experience is a plus).

Position Details:

  • Full-time

  • Schedule: Tuesday-Friday (9:45am–5:30pm) + Saturdays (8:30am–5:30pm)

*Our schedule is based on what is best for our clients, therefore, there are times it will be 6-6:30pm versus 5:30pm.

  • Most Saturdays required
