Bridal Boutique Assistant:
She Said Yes Bridal – Rogers, Arkansas​
​
Part-Time | Approximately 10 Hours Per Week | Primarily Weekdays
​
Responsibilities include:​

Steaming bridal gowns and accessories
-
Keeping the boutique beautiful by straightening gowns, organizing displays, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop
-
Assisting with light cleaning and boutique upkeep
​
We’re looking for someone who is:
-
Friendly, positive, and dependable
-
Detail-oriented and takes pride in creating beautiful spaces
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently
-
Able to lift and move bridal gowns and mannequins as needed
-
Could be available occasionally on a Saturday from time to time to fill in when needed in assisting with greeting, putting gowns away, etc.

Pay:
$15 per hour
​
​This position is primarily on weekdays (around 10 hours per week), with occasional Saturdays as needed.​ This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours in a fun, fashion-forward environment. ​

Part-Time Bridal Stylist:
She Said Yes Bridal - Rogers, Arkansas
​
Part-Time | Approximately 20-25 Hours Per Week | Most Saturdays Required
​​
Responsibilities include:​
-
Provide an exceptional one-on-one bridal experience.
-
Guide brides through the gown selection process while delivering outstanding customer service.
-
Prepare for appointments through client communication and pre-visit planning.
-
Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the beauty of the showroom.
-
Support daily operations, including steaming gowns, cleaning, store organization, inventory management, and maintaining store supplies.

Requirements:
-
Previous sales experience
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly motivated, dependable, and organized
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
Kind, positive, and hardworking
-
A willingness to stay informed on bridal trends
-
Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Availability:
We’re looking for someone who can work 20–25 hours per week, including:
-
2–3 weekdays (Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday preferred), either full or half days between 9:45 AM–5:30 PM
-
Most Saturdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM)
​
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
The hourly range listed above reflects the base hourly wage plus average bonus earnings. Additional earnings vary based on individual performance and the exceptional experience each stylist provides to our clients.
