Full-Time Bridal Stylist

She Said Yes Bridal – Rogers, Arkansas​

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A people-person who thrives on creating memorable one-on-one client experiences.

  • A detail-oriented, reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

  • A confident communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, boutique setting.

  • Someone who’s passionate about bridal fashion and providing exceptional service.​

​

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding bridal appointment experience by guiding clients through the gown selection process.

  • Support daily operations including steaming gowns, cleaning, store organization, etc.

  • Prepare for appointments by managing client communication and pre-visit prep.

  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store supplies.​

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, dependable, and organized.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion and willingness to stay informed on bridal trends.

  • Physically able to lift/move up to 25 lbs, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience (bridal experience is a plus).​

 

Position Details:

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday (9:45am–5:30pm) + Saturdays (8:30am–5:30pm)

*Our schedule is based on what is best for our clients, therefore, there are times it will be 6-6:30pm versus 5:30pm.​​

Part-Time Admin & Retail Operations Assistant

She Said Yes Bridal – Rogers, Arkansas

 

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting both clients and team members, and has a strong attention to detail.

 

Schedule & Availability:

We are open Tuesday–Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with our team typically working from 9:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

​

  • Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is available Wednesday through Saturday, but we’re flexible on weekday hours if you’re only available for a few hours Wednesday-Friday or just 2 out of the 3 weekdays.

  • Saturdays (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) are required and non-negotiable.

 

About the Role:

Weekday Focus: A behind-the-scenes, detail-driven role that helps ensure our operations run smoothly. You’ll support our team with daily administrative and retail tasks that are vital to the client experience.

 

Saturday Focus: More client-facing, with responsibilities that support the client journey. You’ll help complete the checkout process, assist with appointments as needed (flower girls, mother of the occasion, sample sale appointment), and provide outstanding customer service on the floor.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Assist tuxedo manager with operations: contacting clients, matching invoices, checking in special orders  

  • Support the daily retail team: receiving inventory, contacting clients about orders   

  • Tagging new inventory and ensuring items are organized  

  • Answer phones, book appointments, and respond to client texts/messages  

  • Provide in-store support on Saturdays, including completing transactions and helping during select client appointments as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For:  

  • A reliable and consistent team player  

  • A strong communicator with great time management skills  

  • Someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized  

  • Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, kneeling, and standing for long periods  

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, client-focused environment  

  • A warm and professional brand ambassador for She Said Yes Bridal
